As a Certified Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Latin Fusion Dance Teacher, I can help you achieve your fitness goals, whether they are to lose inches, increase muscle mass, decrease stress, or increase endurance! What I Do
Training Methods
Cardio Fitness
How much do you move in a day? Did you know that to have optimum cardiovascular health we should be getting in 300 minutes a week of moderate cardio exercise, or 150 minutes of vigorous cardio exercise! Are your heart and lungs getting enough action?
Resistance Training
I create custom resistance training programs to help you reach your unique fitness goals! Resistance training will strengthen, and tone your muscles while trimming unwanted fat and maintaining bone density! What are your fitness goals?
Flexibility Training
I will show you how to use dynamic stretching before your workout and static stretching after your workout to increase your overall mobility during exercise and decrease muscle soreness!
Mat Pilates
Pilates is great for strength training, improving your core strength and overall posture!
Keeping You On Track
I can check on you on off days to motivate and encourage you to stay on track with your workouts! I will suggest tracking tools you may use to log your workouts and stay on schedule!

Zumba Dance Fit Class

Every Wednesday at 9:30am at the Washago Lion's Hall.
$15.00 a class when you commit to 4 classes.

Strength Training class is a timed circuit for a full body workout. We use dumbbells, resistance bands and other resistance training equipment as needed. Exercises such as Squats, Romanian Deadlifts, Step-Ups, Chest Press, Row, Shoulder Press, Biceps curls, Low back extension and various abdominal exercises are some of the exercises used. Everyone is welcome. Exercises can be modified from easy to difficult. Please bring a water bottle and a friend :)
Mat Pilates is a full body workout that uses bodyweight as resistance to strengthen your muscles. Pilates especially focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving posture. Exercises can be modified from easy to difficult. The second part of the class will include a full body stretch. Please bring a mat and a water bottle with you and be ready to sweat! Beginners are welcome!
